We always want our customers to have the best possible experience with our products and we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase or we refund you the cost of the item(s).
We kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with your item(s). We will send you return instructions as well as a printable label for shipment return.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 days.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We ALWAYS replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you prepaid exchange instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we can send a refund to the gift giver - just keep in mind that it may mean they receive a notice of your return!
